We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your Zenpower purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in accordance with this Return Policy.

We have a 14-day money back guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• We accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. You must notify us within those 14 days if not the refund can be rejected.
• Please send an email to hellozenpower@gmail.com including pictures or videos of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product and if the item is eligible for return.
• For change of mind, the product has to be in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• We will notify as to whether or not we require the product to be returned to us. Please do not return the product to us without prior consultation - credit will not be given in this case.
• If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide return post label. Postage will not be refunded if the customer doesn't use our return labels.
• Please note: Personalised items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Zenpower's discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your purchase.

 

Warranty

We provide 12 months warranty. For better service and a quick resolution, please assist our team by providing the following information for any warranty claims.

All claims need to be send to us via email: hellozenpower@gmail.com

To prevent unnecessary claim delays, please include the following details on the initial claim email:

• Order Number & receipt including purchase date
• Image/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)
• Image/Video clearly showing good in the original packaging (if applicable for Change of Mind)
• Note: All images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size. We will not be able to make a clear assessment for image thumbnails.
• Please do not dispose the item. We may ask for a return of the item to inspect. We will not provide refund in case where the product has been disposed before submitting the claim to us.
• If required, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
