We are an Australia based company who provide an industry leading physical recovery solution. Our latest solution ‘Zenpower Massage Gun’ is a full body massaging device that uses percussive vibrations to improve the body's overall performance and wellbeing.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Due to Covid we currently only ship your Zenpower device within Australia. All orders that are shipped within Australia are for free.
In the next weeks we are establishing a warehouse in Europe and the US. Please sign up for our newsletter to be updated when we will be available in your country.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are generally shipped from our distribution center, located in Melbourne. Once our warehouse has received your order, it’ll be processed and shipped to you within a few working days. If you order on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

We try our best to ship to you as quickly so you can enjoy our products.
For customers in VIC, approximately 3-5 working days; can be extended to 5-8 working days due to disasters or bad weather days.
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4-8 working days; can be extended to 6-10 working days due to disasters or bad weather days.
For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7-10 working days; can be extended to 9-14 working days due to disasters or bad weather days.

RETURNS
HOW DO I SHIP MY ORDER BACK TO YOU?
We do accept returns under certain conditions stated in our returns policy. Please contact us at hellozenpower@gmail.com if you wish to return your device.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We believe so much in our product, that we give you a full 14 days from receiving it, to test it out. If, during those 14 days, you are not satisfied with our device, you can send it back and receive a full refund. Who doesn’t love a free trial?
